If you need to return a product, please do so within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and in the original packaging. Please note that shipping charges, credit card fees, and fees from services like Afterpay and Laybuy are not refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Contact us at sales@oyastore.co.nz to initiate a return. Once your return is approved, you must send the item back at your own expense. Instructions on how and where to send the return will be provided upon approval. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Damages and issues: Kindly inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can address the issue promptly. Items outside the 14-day Defective on Arrival (DOA) period will be repaired under warranty, with the warranty duration specified on each product's page.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards. Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
